Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026. Reviewed at least annually and on any change to the services described here.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Toonlead limited, Dimitrakopoulou 3, 1090, Nicosia, Cyprus, together with its affiliated companies and branches (in these terms: “the Company”, “we”, “us”), describing the services we offer through our websites (in these terms: “the Websites”) and specifically through this website at https://tram-pararam.com.

These terms also govern your membership if you become a member. By accessing or using the Websites, or by becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must leave the Websites and may not use them or download any material from them.

2. Age of majority

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are not, you must leave the Websites immediately and may not use them or download any material from them.

You further warrant that viewing this material is lawful where you are.

3. Description of services

We provide one right of access to the Websites and to the content for which you purchase membership. Membership is personal to you and is not transferable.

4. Membership account and credentials

When you subscribe you receive credentials for the member area. How they reach you depends on the payment method and the plan you chose.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your credentials.
  • You must not disclose them to anyone, and must not give access to anyone below the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Tell us immediately at support@dcnetservice.com if you believe they have been used without your permission.

5. Payment and fees

The Websites carry periodic subscription fees, set out at the time you subscribe. You are responsible for those fees on the terms shown to you at that time.

Fees for additional services purchased through the Websites are charged to the payment method you have chosen, on the same terms.

6. Billing and currency

Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider on our behalf. The price shown on this site and the amount actually charged to you may be in different currencies.

Which currency you are charged in depends on the payment method you choose and, for some methods, on where you are. Some methods settle in the currency shown; others settle in a local currency, or in cryptocurrency.

There are two consequences you should know about before you subscribe:

  • The amount on your statement may differ from the price displayed here, because of the currency conversion applied by the payment provider and by your own bank or wallet.
  • The descriptor on your statement will not be the name of this website. It will normally identify Toonlead, but the exact wording depends on the payment method used.

If a charge is unfamiliar, please write to support@dcnetservice.com before contacting your bank. See section 9.

7. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel them. The renewal period depends on the plan you choose and is shown to you at checkout before you subscribe. Trial and special-offer memberships renew at the full membership rate at the end of the trial period, and on the plan period after that.

To cancel:

  • The fastest way is in My Account, using the Cancel button. This takes effect at once.
  • You may also cancel by writing to support@dcnetservice.com or through our support page. Cancelling this way works, but takes longer to process, so allow time before your next renewal date.

Cancelling does not end your membership access immediately. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available where there is a proper reason for one. We would rather refund a genuine problem than have you dispute a charge with your bank.

We will refund a charge in any of the following cases:

  • you were charged twice for the same period;
  • you were charged after you had cancelled;
  • you were charged the wrong amount, or for a plan you did not select;
  • your card was used without your permission;
  • the Websites were unavailable for a substantial part of the period you paid for, and contacting support did not resolve it;
  • your membership renewed, you have not used it since that renewal, and you tell us within 7 days of the charge.

Requests must reach us within 7 days of the charge, at support@dcnetservice.com, and should say which of the above applies.

Other things you should know:

  • A refund ends your membership access immediately, not at the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
  • We may also refund a charge outside the cases listed above where we consider it right to do so. That is our decision, not an entitlement.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content is not a ground for a refund. The nature of the material is described on this site before you subscribe.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. See section 22.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at support@dcnetservice.com. We answer billing questions within one business day and can usually resolve them the same day.

Disputing a charge with your bank before contacting us costs us both time. It also suspends your membership while the dispute is open, and we may be unable to reinstate it afterwards even if the dispute is withdrawn.

10. Content and intellectual property

All material published on the Websites (the “Content”) is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law, and is owned or controlled by the Company or by the party credited as its provider. No intellectual property right is transferred to you by your access to the Websites.

The Content is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must respect any copyright notice, information or restriction shown with any Content you access.

You may not use any robot, spider, other automated device or manual process to monitor or copy the Websites or their Content without our prior written permission.

We do not represent or endorse the completeness, accuracy or reliability of information on the Websites.

11. Content standards

All characters depicted on the Websites are portrayed as adults, 18 years of age or older. We do not publish depictions of underage characters.

The material is original artwork drawn by our own artists. It is fantasy and parody, is not a representation of actual events or of any real person, and is not a reproduction of the source material it parodies.

The standard we apply, the checks made before anything is published, and the material we do not publish at all are set out in full in our Content Moderation Policy. A short statement of the same rules appears in our Content Disclaimer. Both form part of this agreement under section 21.

If you believe you hold rights in a work and that our material infringes them, please write to abuse@dcnetservice.com, or contact our support team. Tell us which material you mean and what right you rely on. We will review your complaint and reply. You do not need to establish your claim formally before writing to us, and section 15 sets out the formal notice procedure if you would rather use it.

Our position on copyright and trademark, and the basis on which we consider our work to be parody, is set out at length in our Memorandum. It is our own statement of position and is offered as background; it does not affect your right to raise a complaint with us or to use the procedure in section 15.

12. Comments

Some parts of the Websites allow you to leave comments.

  • Comments are public. Anything you write in one can be read by anyone.
  • You are responsible for what you post, and you must not post anything unlawful, abusive, or in breach of section 11.
  • We moderate comments and may edit or delete any comment, or withdraw comment access, at our discretion.
  • Do not include personal information about yourself or anyone else in a comment.

13. Complaints

Anyone may report content on this site, with or without giving a reason.

Write to abuse@dcnetservice.com. No account and no explanation is required. If you are reporting content that you believe depicts a minor, or is otherwise unlawful or non-consensual, say so and it will be taken down before it is assessed.

The full procedure and the times we work to are set out in section 7 of our Content Moderation Policy.

Complaints about billing, cancellation, refunds or support go to support@dcnetservice.com instead.

14. Records of real persons

All content on the Websites is original artwork. No real person is depicted, photographed or filmed, and no performer appears in any material published here. The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 therefore do not apply to this site. See section 12 of our Content Moderation Policy.

15. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

We follow the procedures set out in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. section 512) for notification, takedown and counter-notification.

If you believe material on the Websites infringes your copyright, send the following to abuse@dcnetservice.com:

  • a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act for the owner of the right concerned;
  • identification of the copyrighted work said to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material said to be infringing;
  • your address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the right concerned.

16. Availability of the site and third-party links

We do not guarantee that access to the Websites will be continuous or uninterrupted. Where the Websites are unavailable for a substantial part of a period you have paid for, section 8 applies.

We may end the provision of services to any member at any time, at our discretion, on refund of the unused part of the subscription fee.

The Websites contain links to other websites, resources and sponsors. Selecting a banner or link takes you off the Websites to a third party. What happens between you and that third party is between you and them. We do not examine, evaluate or warrant what those third parties offer, and we take no responsibility for their actions, products, availability or content.

17. Warranties

The Websites, the services, the access software and any material provided through them are provided “as is”. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or any other warranty, condition or representation, whether oral, written or electronic, including as to the accuracy, timeliness or usefulness of any material provided. You acknowledge that your use of the Websites is at your own risk.

18. Limitation of liability

We are not liable to you or to any third party for any direct or indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damage or loss arising in connection with use of the Websites, the access software or any material provided through them, or for any interruption, deletion of files, error, defect or delay in performance, whatever the nature of the claim, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusions above apply only so far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability, and that of our licensors, to you or to any third party in any circumstance is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

19. System integrity

You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the working of the Websites or with any transaction conducted on them. You may not take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure. You may not share your credentials with a third party or use them for any unauthorised service.

20. Privacy

What personal information we collect, why we process it, how long we keep it and who we share it with are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement under section 21.

21. Miscellaneous

The following documents form part of this agreement and are incorporated into it by reference:

Where these Terms of Service and one of those documents disagree, these Terms of Service prevail.

If any provision of these terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions (and any partially enforceable provision) are unaffected and remain valid and enforceable so far as possible.

We may assign this agreement, at our discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.

These terms apply in addition to, and are not superseded by, any other written agreement between us about your membership.

22. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms and the documents referred to in them are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Cyprus, and any dispute relating to them, to the Websites or to the services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live, and nothing in them requires you to bring proceedings anywhere that law does not allow.

23. Abuse statement

We stand against all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking, sex trafficking and abuse. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which deprive a person of their liberty in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

We are committed to acting with integrity and to mitigating the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our dealings and relationships with our artists and our users. We are committed to treating all employees, partners and vendors with respect and dignity, to ensuring safe working conditions, and to operating ethically and responsibly.
