Content Moderation Policy

Effective 26 August 2026. Reviewed at least annually and on any change to card network standards.

1. Scope

This policy governs every image, comic and written description published on https://tram-pararam.com, whether newly created or previously published. It applies to our own artists, to commissioned work, and to any material submitted by a third party.

All work published here is original artwork produced by our own artists. We do not host user uploads, we do not host photographic or filmed material, and we do not host material depicting real persons. Every item is drawn to commission or in-house and passes the review in section 6 before it is published.

2. The standard we apply

Every character we publish is drawn as an adult, and is intended to read as an adult to any reasonable viewer.

We apply that as a visual test, because a visual work is judged by what it shows. A character is published only if it presents the physical characteristics generally understood to indicate adulthood:

  • adult facial structure and proportions, not a child’s head-to-body ratio;
  • a fully developed adult body, including adult secondary sexual characteristics;
  • adult stature, musculature and posture;
  • an adult setting and adult dress, with no school uniform, nursery, toy, or other prop or context that reads as childhood.

Where any one of these is in doubt, the work is not published. We do not resolve doubt in our own favour.

3. Character names

We do not use the name of a character who is established as a minor in the source material the name refers to. This applies to titles, tags, image alt text, file names, metadata, search terms and marketing copy.

We adopted this rule after it was raised with us, and we accept the reasoning behind it: a name can carry an age association of its own, and a viewer or an automated system may read that association from the name regardless of what the artwork shows.

Where we are uncertain whether a name carries that association, we do not use it.

4. Original work and creative value

Our artwork is not copied, traced or reproduced from source material. Each piece is drawn by our artists in our own visual style, as an adult reinterpretation rather than a reproduction, and is a parody of the source in the sense recognised in law. That independent creative work is what a visitor sees: an adult character drawn by us, not a frame taken from a source production.

We state this because it is a fact about how the work is made, not as a defence. It does not displace sections 2 and 3, and it is never a reason to publish something that fails either of them.

5. Prohibited content

The following will not be created, commissioned, published or retained, and will be removed immediately wherever found:

  • any depiction of a minor, or of a character that could reasonably be read as a minor, in a sexual context;
  • any use of a character name that carries a minor age association, as set out in section 3;
  • any title, tag, description, alt text or search term implying that a depicted character is a minor, or implying non-consent, coercion, trafficking, incest involving a minor, or sexual violence;
  • any depiction of real, identifiable persons;
  • any photographic, filmed or AI-generated likeness of a real person;
  • bestiality, and any sexual depiction of a non-anthropomorphic animal character;
  • non-consensual mutilation;
  • any material that is unlawful in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

6. Review before publication

Every item is reviewed by a named member of our editorial team before it is published. Nothing publishes automatically and nothing publishes on a schedule without having passed review.

The reviewer checks that the item satisfies section 2, that its title, tags, alt text and description satisfy sections 3 and 5, and that nothing in the accompanying wording implies a prohibited theme. An item that fails any check is returned to the artist or rejected. An item the reviewer is unsure about is escalated and, until it is resolved, is not published.

7. Complaints and removal

We act on complaints, and we would rather remove a disputed item than defend it.

Anyone may report content on this site, with or without giving a reason, by writing to abuse@dcnetservice.com. No account and no explanation is required.

  • Content reported as depicting a minor, or as reading as a minor, is removed from public view immediately on receipt, before any assessment is made. Assessment happens after removal, never instead of it.
  • Every other report is acknowledged within one business day and decided within seven business days.
  • Where a report is upheld, the item is deleted, along with its tags and the wording that carried the problem, and we check the rest of the catalogue for comparable material rather than treating the report as isolated.
  • Where a report comes from a card network, an acquirer or the owner of the source material, it is handled on the timescale that party specifies.

Removal is not an admission that the material was unlawful, and we will remove material we believe complies rather than leave a matter in dispute.

8. Rights

If you believe that any work published here infringes your rights, please write to abuse@dcnetservice.com. We will review the matter and respond.

9. Ongoing review of published material

This policy applies retrospectively. The catalogue is reviewed against it on a rolling basis and in full whenever the policy changes, and material published under an earlier standard is brought into line or removed. A change to card network standards, or a point raised with us by our acquirer, triggers a full review rather than a change going forward only.

10. Access

Access to this site requires the visitor to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if it is higher, and that viewing this material is lawful where they are.

11. Responsibility

This policy is owned by the site operator, who is accountable for its application. Questions about it may be sent to abuse@dcnetservice.com.

12. Records of real persons

All content on this site is original artwork. No real person is depicted, photographed or filmed, and no performer appears in any material published here. The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 therefore do not apply to this site.
